30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you don’t notice a meaningful improvement in your sleep, calmness, or nighttime routine, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
You do not need to return the product.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
You may request a refund for:
- Your most recent subscription charge
- Cancellation of future renewals
- Or both
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next cycle, cancel or pause at least 24 hours before your renewal inside your customer portal.
NightHaven™ is not responsible for subscription charges that occur before cancellation.
Damage, Defects, Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos.
We will send a free replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders older than 30 days
- Subscription renewals charged before cancellation
- Address errors caused by customer input
- Refund abuse or fraudulent activity
