1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from NightHaven™.

2. Product Use

NightHaven Sleep Gummies are a dietary supplement.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

3. Purchases

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Pay all charges
  • Not engage in fraudulent behavior

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions

When you subscribe to NightHaven™, you agree to recurring charges on your selected interval (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days).

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions renew automatically.
  • You authorize recurring payments until cancelled.
  • You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your customer portal.
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before renewal.
  • Cancelling after renewal does not stop that shipment.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, our system will automatically retry (“dunning”).

Your subscription may pause until payment is updated.

Price Changes

NightHaven™ may update subscription pricing.

If we do, you will be notified before your next billing cycle.

5. Shipping Responsibility

NightHaven™ is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer-provided incorrect addresses.

6. Limitation of Liability

NightHaven™ is not liable for:

  • Improper use of supplements
  • Carrier delays
  • Website downtime
  • Subscription renewals made before cancellation
  • Losses caused by customer negligence or outdated information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product names, images, labels, and designs belong exclusively to NightHaven™.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
