SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY — NightHaven™

We want your experience with NightHaven to be transparent and hassle-free. This page explains how our subscription cancellation process works.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty, by:
- Logging into your customer account portal, navigating to Subscriptions, and selecting “Cancel.”
- Contacting our support team at support@trynighthaven.com and requesting cancellation.
Please include your order number and email address with your request if you contact support.
When to Cancel
To avoid being billed for an upcoming subscription renewal, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge.
Renewals that process before cancellation cannot be refunded unless permitted under our Refund Policy.
Processing Your Cancellation
Once a cancellation request is received:
- You will retain access to your current subscription until the end of the paid period.
- No further payments will be charged.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the cancellation is complete.
Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails (e.g., expired card), your subscription may be temporarily paused. You may update your payment method to continue your subscription or request cancellation at any time.
Refunds After Cancellation
Refunds after cancellation may be issued only if permitted under our Refund Policy.
